The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client & Compliance Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding: Add new client information to the case management system, open matters and document wallets, and produce initial client care documentation.
  • Compliance Assistance: Assist with client identification, AML checks, conflict searches, and source of funds documentation.
  • Deeds and Will Requests: Schedule and manage Deeds and Will Requests following firm procedures.
  • Enquiry Follow-ups: Handle enquiries and quotes, liaising with clients and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scanning, copying, and archiving of documents, as well as managing end-of-matter procedures in the case management system.
  • Additional Duties: Support reception and undertake other administrative tasks as needed.

Your Experience & Technical Ability

  • Experience in a similar administrative or client onboarding role within a professional services or legal environment is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Confident, proactive, team focussed,
  • Flexible and adaptable to change whilst providing care and attention to help deliver the best service to our clients.
  • Being organised and able to use initiative are also considered pre-requites for this important role.
  • IT proficient with experience in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably experience in using case management software.
