After many years in residence, WSP Solicitors will be closing our Nailsworth office as of the 9th of September 2019. The firm has had a presence in Nailsworth since William Smith set up A E Smith & Sons in the market town, in 1835.
In 2008 Winterbothams Solicitors merged with A E Smith to form AES Winterbothams. Two of the key elements of WSP Solicitors that you see today.
This closure is part of a wider strategy for the firm, in which we are looking at improving and expanding how we serve the Gloucestershire community. This will involve growing the services we already offer at our Stroud and Gloucester offices too.
If you are a current client of the firm we would like to reassure you that any documents stored on your behalf, for instance; wills, deeds and power of attorney, will remain safely stored at no cost to you and are available on request from any of our offices. For more information see the FAQ section below.
This change will not impact the service you receive from the firm. We will still have the same level of availability and contact that has always been provided by our Solicitors.
Our aim is to make this transition as smooth as possible for our clients and the Nailsworth community. Your new local office will be our Stroud Office (See below for addresses).
We will continue to offer straightforward legal advice and support for all your future legal needs, making your life less complicated.
