I don’t have the time to think about my will!
We all often feel under pressure for time these days, and making a will always seems like something you can put at the end of your to do list.
Don’t procrastinate any longer, you must make a will to be sure that if something does happen that your wishes are carried out and your loved ones know how to deal with not just your finances but your personal assets, and even your beloved pets.
We may think it is “obvious” or people will know “what we would have wanted them to do” but if you don’t leave clear instructions you may be adding more stress to what is already a difficult time for your family and friends. Life changes faster than we realise. If you have married, moved into a new home or started a family it is very important that you and your loved ones think about what would happen to your estate. At a time of emotional stress the last thing you want is financial uncertainty.
WSP Solicitors have three offices in Stroud, Dursley and Gloucester, where we can assist you with making your will. If you are elderly or find it difficult to get about, our Wills, Trusts and Probate team are happy to come and meet with you at home in order to make it easier for you.
People are often intimidated and think they don’t have enough to worry about to write a will or that we will ask difficult questions, but you shouldn’t worry at all. Our team are highly trained and take pride in being friendly and easy to talk to. We are happy to chat informally, introduce ourselves and put you at ease and make all of your legal dealings as simple and straightforward as possible.
Don’t put off making your will. Whether you feel your needs are straightforward or that you may require specialist advice, our professional and friendly team have dedicated specialists who will take a sympathetic and personal approach to helping you.
If you are looking to make a will or would like to discuss your individual circumstances please contact us or call 01453 832566.
