COVID-19 UPDATE 19/7/2021
In line with the Prime Minister’s announcement to reduce COVID-19 restrictions on July 19th, we will be continuing to work hard to safeguard our offices with client and staff safety as the priority.
Our offices are now fully open to our clients. An intercom system will remain in place on the main entrances of our offices to allow our Reception teams to be responsible for providing access to the buildings.
We will still be asking our staff to wear face masks when moving around the office and when meeting clients who request we wear them. We will also be asking our clients to wear a mask when coming into our offices initially, although these may then be removed during a meeting if everyone present agree, so we can continue to keep our staff and our clients safe in what is still an uncertain time. This will be reviewed over the course of the Summer of 2021.

Following a check in with the Health and Safety Executive in March 2021 nothing was raised regarding COVID safety restrictions that had not already been addressed by the business.
Stroud, Gloucester and Dursley will still be managed by smaller teams than usual whilst we maintain a rota of staff working from the office and remotely.
During this period, we would prefer payment by electronic bank transfer. Please provide reference number and your name when making the online payment. If this is not possible, please discuss with your lawyer.

We are able to support alternate means of obtaining ID and this will be discussed with you when you initially contact us to avoid the need for a face to face meeting.
