It is with great pleasure that WSP Solicitors announce the promotion of Kirstie Carr and Lisa Walton, from Solicitor to Associate Solicitor.
Kirstie Carr qualified as a solicitor in 2004, and joined WSP Solicitors in June 2016. She works within the Private Client team, advising on Wills, powers of attorney, trusts and estate administration. Prior to joining the firm, Kirstie worked in Cheltenham and Bath dealing with private client and associated property matters. She also previously worked at a tax practice in Bristol for two years. Kirstie recognises the importance of building lasting relationships with clients and contacts. Getting to know her clients’ circumstances means Kirstie is best able to advise them accordingly.
Lisa Walton joined WSP Solicitors in August 2016 and has over 12 years’ experience as a solicitor dealing with personal injury claims. She previously worked as a defendant lawyer, but now specialises in bringing claims for injured parties. Working within the Personal injury team, she has extensive knowledge of bringing road traffic accident claims. Lisa also acts for claimants who sustain injury as a result of the negligent actions of an employer, individual or public body. Located in the Stroud office, Lisa appreciates the importance of supporting clients through a difficult time. She helps clients to understand the legal process and ensures the right rehabilitation is put in place and that future needs are considered.
