Nafeesa Hussain is a Solicitor in our Corporate Team at WSP Solicitors’. She is based at our Gloucester Office.

Nafeesa has built a wealth of experience in recent years. She advises on all aspects of corporate law including the buying and selling of businesses, restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, share buybacks and provides general corporate advice.  More recently, she has been involved in the acquisition of development land, the sale of a contract hire business and the restructure of a professional services group.

In the fact-paced corporate world, it is important to have a solicitor who responds quickly and has the ability to adapt to every situation to get the deal done. When working with business owners and corporate clients, Nafeesa sees the importance of understanding what is important to you and your business. Nafeesa is multi lingual and speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi and Mirpuri.
