Liz is an Employment and Litigation Solicitor at WSP Solicitors, based across the firm’s Stroud and Gloucester Offices. She covers Civil Litigation, Employment matters and Commercial Disputes.
After studying her Law degree at Coventry University and then her LPC at the University of Law Birmingham, Liz developed a passion for Employment Law and Litigation, where she grew her experience. Starting her career as a Legal Secretary, Liz completed her training contract in 2018 and qualified as a Solicitor.
As well as her experience in Civil Litigation and dispute resolution for individuals and businesses, including property and boundary disputes, disputed wills and probate contract disputes and shareholder disputes, Liz has generated a wealth of experience in Employment law. This has included working directly with businesses in an HR capacity, creating employee handbooks and robust employment contracts and documentation. But also working with individuals providing legal advice on settlement agreements, employment tribunals, maternity and paternity leave, predictable working hours, flexible working, and redundancy.
When dealing with her clients Liz takes the time to listen and get the whole background of a situation before providing fair and balanced advice, exploring all options and processes available.
