WSP Solicitors appoints new Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director to lead future growth
WSP Solicitors is proud to announce the appointment of Camella Cephas as its new Managing Director, effective July 2025. Camella will take over from Judi Bonham, who has led the firm as MD since 2015. Judi will remain on the Board, continuing her work in Children Law and staff development.
Joining Camella in a key leadership role is Amy Leivers, who has been named Deputy Managing Director. Amy, currently Head of Commercial Property, will oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with WSP Solicitors’ long-term strategic goals.
Both Camella and Amy have played vital roles in the firm’s development over recent years. Camella, who joined in 2020, will continue her work in Children Law alongside her new leadership duties. Amy has been with the firm since 2017 and became a Board Director in 2022.
These appointments come at an exciting time for WSP Solicitors, following the recent opening of a new Gloucester office. With over 260 years of history and a team of 65 professionals, the firm continues to provide expert legal services across a range of areas, including commercial, property, family, and private client law.
