Camella Cephas is the Managing Director of WSP Solicitors. Passionate, driven and committed, she leads the firm with a focus on delivering exceptional client service, supporting and developing its people, driving growth and innovation, and achieving the firm’s strategic goals. Committed to WSP’s values and culture, Camella works closely with teams across the business to ensure clients continue to receive practical, uncomplicated legal advice while fostering an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

Camella joined WSP Solicitors in 2020, became an Associate in 2021 and was appointed Board Director and Head of Children & Care Law in 2022. In July 2025, she took on the role of Managing Director.

Qualified as a solicitor in 2011, Camella trained and practised in London before relocating to Gloucestershire in 2015. She remains an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and continues to oversee the Children & Care Law department. With extensive experience in public and private law children matters, she is recognised for providing pragmatic, outcome-focused advice and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
