Camella Cephas

Managing Director | Head of Children & Care Law

Camella Cephas is Managing Director of WSP Solicitors. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011, having completed her training contract in London. She worked in both private practice and for the local authority in London before relocating to Gloucestershire in 2015.

Camella joined WSP Solicitors in 2020 and became an Associate in 2021. She was appointed Board Director and Head of Children & Care Law in July 2022, and as of July 2025, she has taken on the role of Managing Director.

An accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, Camella specialises in both public and private law children cases. She is a confident advocate and regularly represents her clients at court.

Her extensive experience includes complex matters involving international elements, forced marriage protection orders, non-accidental injuries, and allegations of sexual abuse. She also has considerable expertise in supporting vulnerable clients, representing both parents and children through their court-appointed Guardians.

Camella is known for being approachable and understanding while providing pragmatic, outcome-focused legal advice.
