Associate Solicitor
Simon Hawkins is an Associate Solicitor and Mediator in WSP Solicitors Family Law department based at the Stroud Office. He specialises in dealing with divorce and matrimonial matters including matters relating to finances and children.
He studied Law and his LPC at the University of the West of England. He qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and later re-qualified as a Solicitor. Simon is also a ‘Resolution in Family Law’. As of August 2023, Simon Hawkins took on the role of Associate Solicitor, marking another milestone in his impressive legal career. Simon is also a family law mediation specialist.
Simon has a wealth of experience across the legal profession and has been working in Family Law since 2017.
His approach with his clients is to focus on what their needs are so that the best outcome for the situation can be achieved. He believes in working amicably as this leads to less stress in the long run and can often help to salvage areas of relationships that are breaking down, leading to a more productive future.
