Elaine Howell is a Paralegal in WSP Solicitors Commercial Property Department, based in the firm’s Stroud Office.

Elaine has had a long career working locally in a variety of Legal Practices across Cheltenham and the Stroud District. Starting as an Office Junior, Elaine has considerable experience in legal administrative and accounts practices.

Following a move into Residential Conveyancing and then Commercial Conveyancing Elaine has grown her experience in Property Law over the years. This includes assisting clients buying, selling or leasing property with contract packs, drafting contracts, transfers, searches and associated post-completion work.

When working with clients Elaine is detailed and informative as well as being approachable and friendly. She is focused on achieving the best outcome for her clients and their businesses.
