Lorraine Bruton is a Solicitor in WSP Solicitors Residential Conveyancing Department and is based in our Gloucester Office.

Since qualifying in 2002, Lorraine has amassed over 20 years’ experience practising in property law, predominantly working in Gloucestershire. She has worked on property transactions across the whole of England and Wales.

Experienced in all areas of property law, including house sales, purchases, mortgages and transfers of equity, Lorraine is also a specialist in the de-regulation of common land.
