Chartered Legal Executive
Ruth is a Chartered Legal Executive in WSP Solicitors’ Wills, Trust and Probate (Private Client) Department, based in the Stroud Office.
She has a degree in Sociology and Social Policy from Cardiff University. From there Ruth developed a keen interest in the Law and began her training with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in 2003, completing her training in 2006.
Since then Ruth has worked in a variety of roles across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire working predominantly within Private Client Law.
In 2019 Ruth became a fellow of STEP, the professional association of Lawyers, Accountants and Trustees with the aim of helping families plan for the future effectively. STEP upholds high standards within the profession and is a truly respected organisation.
In her approach to client work, Ruth is logical and methodical. She focuses on really helping people through what are not always easy or happy times in their lives, providing practical advice and support to clients throughout.
