We are delighted to welcome Maria Williams into our Residential Property Conveyancing Department as a Legal Practitioner this November.
Maria has worked in Gloucestershire across a range of legal areas, specialising in Residential Property Conveyancing.
Lucy McCallum, Head of Residential Property at WSP said of the appointment “We are really excited for Maria to join the team. She will be bringing a wealth of legal knowledge and experience with her, allowing the firm to continue to strengthen the Residential Property Department post the SDLT holiday. We are all looking forward to working with her.”
After graduating with a degree in Forensic Psychology from Staffordshire University, Maria moved back to Cheltenham. From there Maria worked at a variety of leading local and national firms, specialising in Property.
Maria’s experience across Residential Property includes working with clients and developers in New Build property transactions as well as more traditional property sales and purchases. She prides herself on the relationships she builds with clients, developers and estate agents alike.
On joining WSP Solicitors Maria said “I love helping people buy houses. Building relationships with clients and working with them to get their dream property. I am excited about working with the WSP team and the technology the firm uses to improve the process for clients.”
