WSP Solicitors announce two new training contract appointments for 2022 & 2023

Leading Gloucestershire Law Firm WSP Solicitors have confirmed Paralegals; Chloe Perez and Lydia Hackett will both be receiving training contracts with the firm.

Chloe Perez is a Cardiff University Law graduate who went on to complete her LPC at the University of Law, Bristol. Chloe has specialised in Corporate and Commercial Law working closely with Board Director and Head of Commercial Law, Peter Mardon.

On accepting the opportunity Chloe has said “the support of Peter Mardon, wider directors and the Commercial department at WSP Solicitors has been incredible. I have been provided the opportunity to work with some big clients and continue to develop myself as a professional. I cannot wait to begin as a trainee and cement my career as a Commercial Solicitor. Thank you to the whole WSP team.”

Chloe is due to begin her training contract with WSP Solicitors Company Commercial Team in September 2022.

Lydia Hackett is currently studying her LPC after completing a Geography degree from Plymouth University and her Graduate Diploma in Law from UWE. Lydia is due to complete her LPC in 2023.

Lydia is a Paralegal in WSP Solicitors Family Law Team dealing with divorce, finance and other matrimonial matters.

When receiving her training contract offer Lydia stated she was “excited for the challenge and the opportunity to really push myself. I really want to thank Beth Evans (Head of Family Law) and Simon Hawkins for believing in my and encouraging my development at WSP. The staff and sense of community here is great and I cannot wait to continue my career as a trainee.”

Lydia will be starting her training contract in the Family Team in April 2023 on completion of her LPC.
