It’s been a busy year so far for WSP with autumn welcoming some new changes.
Late in 2014, the partners of the firm undertook a positioning exercise to understand where the firm was at and where they wanted it to be. Having merged four firms in five years and experienced steady growth it was a great time to review our position and look at whether changes were needed.
Workshops were undertaken throughout the firm and it became apparent that it was time to rebrand and refocus on our strategy. With more than 250 years of heritage the partners believed it was very important to bring together all of the firm’s strengths in order to create one unified presence. The new branding reflects the ethos we carry throughout the organisation, focusing on making “life less complicated” for our clients.
After 11 years as Managing Partner, Peter Mardon has stepped aside to focus on the growth of the Company Commercial Department. Judi Bonham, Head of Family Legal Services, is our new Managing Partner and has already started her journey, she has many ideas for the future.
The new brand identity reflects our ambitions and commitment to providing the best legal service in South Gloucestershire.
