Meningitis Now- a new chosen charity

WSP are very proud to annouce that the chosen charity this year will be Meningitis Now.

As a firm we are very excited to be partnering with Meningitis Now in helping to raise much needed funds and continue the great work that the charity does.

Harry Gardner, Corporate Account Executive at Meningitis Now said: “We are so delighted to hear WSP have chosen to support us for the coming year!

“Support from local businesses is really important to us and forging good relationships is vital to helping the charity to raise awareness of meningitis.”

Meningitis Now is the founder of the meningitis movement and the only charity dedicated to fighting meningitis in the UK; working towards a future where no one in the UK loses their life to meningitis and everyone affected gets the support they need.

Amber Deacon, Marketing Manager at WSP Solicitors said: “We are firm believers in supporting local charities, and choose a different charity each year.

“All employees were asked to nominate local charities, and the three most popular were put to the vote – Meningitis Now came out as the top choice.”

WSP are planning to raise money through various events, including our joint annual charity quiz night with Randall & Payne on June 22nd, at Marling School, Stroud.

This year again WSP are also the title sponsors of the Stroud Life Awards, and therefore get to nominate the charity that benefits from monies raised at the awards on 29th June.
