Solicitor
Bethany Fielding is a Solicitor in WSP Solicitors’ Private Client Department, based in the Stroud Office.
Bethany studied Law and American Studies at Swansea University graduating in 2019. She then completed her LPC (Legal Practice Course) in 2020 at the University of Law in Bristol. She qualified as a Solicitor in January 2024.
Her experience lies predominantly in Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney and was drawn to Private Client law because “no two cases are ever the same!”
Bethany takes the time to prioritise her client’s needs, making things as simple and accessible as possible, free of legal jargon. Her aim is to make the legal process easy to follow, during what can sometimes be a difficult time for people.
