Fiona Davies

Associate Solicitor

Fiona Davies qualified as a Solicitor in December 2006, having completed her Law Degree at the University of Southampton. She undertook her Training Contract at Langley Wellington Solicitors. Fiona then spent six months working within Gloucestershire County Council Legal Department on the Childcare team. She joined the WSP Family Team as an Assistant Solicitor in July 2007, becoming an Associate in 2015.

Fiona is a member of Resolution and is committed to advising and supporting clients through what is often a difficult time

Initially dealing with all aspects of Family Law, in 2016 Fiona was accepted on to the Law Society’s Children Panel. She now specialises in dealing with Children Law, both Public and Private. Fiona has dealt with multiple complex care proceedings, including cases in the High Court involving Queen’s Counsel. Fiona has represented Children and Parents in cases concerning Neglect, Physical, Emotional and Sexual Abuse and Non Accidental Injuries. In Private Law, she has advised and represented hundreds of clients regarding arrangements for their children. Fiona is based in the Gloucester office.
