Ashley Wallace-Cook qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2001 before also qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2003. Ashley had previously studied Natural Sciences and undertaken molecular biology research. His move from science to the legal practice was prompted by an interest in the law and the desire to offer guidance to people, in order to make a contribution the community.
He joined WSP’s Wills, Trusts and Probate team in Gloucester in 2013 on the merger with Whitemans Solicitors. He became a Director of WSP in 2017 and is in charge of compliance for the business.
Ashley is a Full Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly. He advises clients on the preparation of Wills and powers of attorney, setting up and administering trusts and on estate administration. He also advises on Court of Protection applications and on contentious probate.
Ashley’s aim is to offer clear and straightforward advice in a sympathetic manner to our clients.
