Imogen D’Arcy joins WSP Solicitors’ Private Client Department
WSP Solicitors are delighted to welcome Private Client Solicitor Imogen D’Arcy into the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. Imogen will be joining the team based in WSP Solicitors’ London Road Office in Gloucester City Centre.
Originally from Worcestershire Imogen studied Law at Swansea University, graduating with her LPC (Legal Practice Course) in 2014. She completed her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019.
Throughout her time training, Imogen gained experience working in a wide variety of Commercial Law including Commercial Property, Corporate Commercial and Commercial Debt Recovery. But it was her time spent within Private Client Law that inspired her specialism once qualified.
“Focusing on an individual person’s life is really interesting, learning about their background and family is a part of the process I really enjoy. With Private Client Law you can really see the direct benefit your work has to clients and their families”.
Imogen’s approach to dealing with clients is open and honest, providing truly accessible advice in a personable and down to earth way. She will be specialising in making wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate. She also has real aspirations to focus further on administrative trust work and estate planning with individuals.
On joining the firm Imogen is “excited” and “really looking forward to meeting new people” as this is something she really enjoys. Lockdown has brought lots of challenges for clients and colleagues alike. With new faces in our Private Client team, WSP Solicitors are poised to help more clients face to face once more, as restrictions continue to ease.
