Growth for the WSP Personal Injury department

WSP Solicitors - Stroud Dursley Gloucester Nailsworth
A claim for personal injury can be made after an accident has happened, either at work, in a public place or on the road. Personal injury claims can also be made by those who have suffered an illness, which can happen if they have not been provided with the correct protective work wear or have been exposed to harmful substances.

It is quite possible that this injury has then led to time off work or has incurred another type of financial loss, which may be included in a claim for personal injury.

The personal injury team at WSP Solicitors has recently expanded to include Lisa Walton and Matthew Waite, alongside head of department, Demelza Pallant. With a combined experience of nearly 35 years, the team are confident that they have dealt with most types of cases, but no two days are ever the same.

Matthew has a vast experience in dealing with many types of cases including accidents in the workplace, slips and trips, road traffic accidents and dog bite cases.

Lisa, qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, trained locally but has more recently been working in Bristol. She is used to handling a variety of claims particularly those from vulnerable clients, those with head injuries or children’s cases.

Demelza, who is also a qualified Solicitor and an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers handles all types of cases and specialises in those with complex arguments.

Being a local company the team offers a personal service to those in the five valleys, and surrounding areas, who have suffered at the hands of another’s negligence.

The specialist personal injury team at WSP always ensure that every element of your claim is fully investigated and dealt with before settling your claim for you. We offer a first hour appointment for free and can then advise you on a “no win no fee” basis for the rest of your claim.
