Equality and Diversity General Statement

WSP Solicitors is committed to eliminating discrimination and promoting equality and diversity in its own policies, practices, procedures and work with clients and to contributing to the development of equality and diversity procedures within the legal sector where it has the ability to do so.

This applies to the firm’s professional dealings with staff and partners, other solicitors, barristers, clients and third parties.

The firm intends to treat everyone equally, with dignity, courtesy and respect regardless of their disability, gender, age, race, racial group, colour, ethnic or national origin, nationality, religion or belief, sexual orientation, HIV status, trade union status, marriage or civil partnership status, spent conviction or any other personal characteristic.

A summary of results from our diversity-monitoring questionnaire collected November 2013 and, based on the number of responses received, is available free of charge from the Practice Manager.
